About You

You are a passionate product designer with a history of shipping beautiful products to customers. You love working collaboratively with the product and technology team to deliver the ideal experience for our customers. You thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments that require you to wear many hats and think on your feet. You’re independent, you lead by example, and you’re obsessed with building great products and experiences.

In This Role, You Will

  • Solve complex design problems through simple, beautiful design aesthetic
  • Advocate for great user experience across the product
  • Share and revise your designs based on customer interviews, product feedback and UX research
  • Be involved in all aspects of product development, working closely with the product and development teams on feature sets spanning across the company
  • Create high fidelity designs and prototypes for new projects and define our design system
  • Help build our brand by creating content that is used across all areas of the business, from sales to marketing, and product development


  • 5+ years of design experience, working on production applications with real-world users
  • Proven understanding of the end-to-end design process, including research, prototyping, usability testing
  • Experience building and maintaining a reusable design system
  • Strong knowledge of design principles and excellent tactical visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools in order to quickly build interactive prototypes of your ideas
  • Knowledge of Javascript frameworks such as React / Angular and can make minor changes to the code as needed
  • High level knowledge of CSS and the general principles of website layouts
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to soundly discuss design decisions
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members and a pragmatic, get-things-done kind of attitude
  • Customer-first attitude, always keeping the user’s experience at the forefront of your mind
